Title: Process Development of the IL-17A Inhibitor LY3509754

This talk will provide a brief description of why Eli Lilly feels the development of a small 

molecule IL-17 inhibitor will provide significant benefit to patients suffering from autoimmune 

disease.

The focus of the talk will be on the route scouting and early process development effort that was 

executed to prepare kilogram quantities of drug substance for the first human dose trial, and the

outcome of that trial will be discussed.
