Congratulations to Associate Director Carol Gonzaga, just named a 2015 Harvard Hero! This award is the University’s highest recognition for staff across the many schools of Harvard, and celebrates their many significant contributions in fulfillment of Harvard’s mission. In the words of CCB Director Allen Aloise, “Carol has made exceptional and sustained contributions to CCB, and Harvard, for over 30 years. She has played a very special supporting role to our students, post-doctoral fellows, and faculty. For our students, she has made herself readily available to provide guidance and counsel, always helping to both ameliorate a problem and reduce the stress of a concerned student. Her acumen and deft touch with HR matters continue to benefit CCB and the FAS Administration in many ways.” President Drew Faust will honor the Harvard Heroes on Monday, June 8 at 3:30 pm in Sanders Theater; we hope to see many of you there to honor Carol!
