Congratulations to Smaranda Craciun of the [Balskus group](http://scholar.harvard.edu/balskus), selected as one of the 46 recipients of three-year fellowships from the HHMI! The fellowships support advanced international graduate students in their studies toward the PhD with an award of $43,000 during each year of the fellowship. This year's awardees represent 24 countries, including Craciun's Romania.
