#  Whitesides Team Creates New Magnetic Levitation Control System

Research in magnetic levitation pursued by the [Whitesides](http://gmwgroup.harvard.edu/) group has yielded a new means of controlling the orientation of nonmagnetic objects, pointing the way to noncontact assembly of fragile items using materials that are soft, sticky and easily deformable.
