DESCRIPTION:
Title: Hidden complexities of biomolecular condensates formed by simple systems

Biomolecular condensates enable spatial and temporal organization of cellular matter. These membraneless entities are thought to form via an assortment of phase transitions, including phase separation. The talk will present insights from recent work highlighting hidden complexities of condensates formed by an assortment of intrinsically disordered proteins. These insights are built on core concepts in polymer physics and the physical chemistry principles of disordered proteins.

	<drupal-media data-entity-type="media" data-entity-uuid="b5fbbc85-d5ec-437e-afd0-c3234b050adf" alt="Professor Rohit Pappu at CCB on YouTube" data-view-mode="hwp_medium"></drupal-media>
