DESCRIPTION:<p>Dr. Jennifer Griffiths, Royal Society of Chemistry.  "Careers in Science Publishing."  <!--break-->Jennifer Griffiths received her PhD in biological chemistry in 2005 from Duke University under the supervision of Prof. Eric Toone. After a postdoc at Yale University with Prof. Alanna Schepartz, she moved to the Washington DC area to work for the ACS Publications department first as a science writer and then as Managing Editor of <em>Analytical Chemistry</em>. In 2012, she transferred to the Royal Society of Chemistry to become the Editorial Development Manager for North America. In her current role, she heads a team that works to raise the profile of the journals and books in North America and create a strategy for growth of the publications program.</p><p> </p>
