## **Facility Access & Policies**

### **Training**

All LPIC users are required to complete instrument-specific training prior to using any instrument.

For Harvard internal users, please request your [FAS RC account](https://docs.rc.fas.harvard.edu/kb/how-do-i-get-a-research-computing-account/) to gain cluster access. Once your RC account has been approved, please fill out the [training request form](https://forms.gle/mJXyZ6J4TpfZTU3FA). LPIC staff will reach out to you once your information is in the system.

For all other users or if you have any questions, please contact Dr. Dongtao Cui ([dongtao\_cui@fas.harvard.edu](mailto:dongtao_cui@fas.harvard.edu)).

### **Reservation**

Please use the [FACES website](https://faces.ccrc.uga.edu/) to reserve your instrument time.

### **MNova License**

Our MNova license includes the following modeles: MNova NMR, MNova qNMR, MNova Reaction Monitoring, MNova Mass, MNova ElViS, and MNova NMRPredict.

To obtain your MNova license:

- Download and install the [latest version of MNova](https://mestrelab.com/download/mnova/) on your computer.
- Fill out the [MNova license request form](https://forms.gle/B66wMnKbg8Ve1bDY7). You will need your MNova Host ID, which can be found by opening the software after installation. If MNova is already installed, go to “Help”, then “License Manager” to locate it.
- You should receive your MNova license files and activation instructions via email within 2-3 business days after submitting the request form.

If you have any questions, please contact Dr. Dongtao Cui ([dongtao\_cui@fas.harvard.edu](mailto:dongtao_cui@fas.harvard.edu)).
