Wyatt Hurt
As the Curriculum and Pedagogy Manager for Undergraduate Education, Wyatt supports faculty, students, and instructional staff across the department’s curriculum. He serves on the teaching teams of general chemistry courses, organic chemistry courses, and the chemistry pedagogy seminar for graduate students. Wyatt is passionate about pedagogical innovation, especially the department's course assistant program and the thoughtful use of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning.
Wyatt received an A.B. in environmental science from Harvard College and an Ed.M. in science education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. His teaching has been recognized with the Certificate of Distinction in Teaching by the Harvard Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning and the Sontag Prize by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Wyatt is also a Proctor at Harvard College, where he is a proud resident of Wigglesworth Hall.
